HD-Bingo
Official Rules

No purchase necessary.  
HD-Bingo is a 10-week contest from Sept. 18, 2011 through Nov. 25, 2011. Winners can share a weekly prize of $500.
Games run from Sunday through Friday.
Official HD-Bingo game cards for the week will be distributed in the Herald Democrat newspaper on Sunday, or will be available at the Herald Democrat offices on Monday at 603 S. Sam Rayburn Fwy, in Sherman, Texas, or 331 W. Woodard St. in Denison, Texas.
Official HD-Bingo game cards are good for that designated week's game only. Copies or facsimiles of HD-Bingo game cards are void and will not be accepted.

Weekly Game
Numbers are printed in the Herald Democrat classified ads section Sunday through Friday, and are also displayed at the Herald Democrat offices at 603 S. Sam Rayburn Fwy, in Sherman, Texas, or 331 W. Woodard St. in Denison, Texas.
Each official HD-Bingo game card contains four separate grids of 15 numbers. Circle the numbers that match those on your cards that week. Match all 15 numbers on a single grid by Friday using numbers valid for that game as published Sunday through Friday, or posted at the Herald Democrat Sherman and Denison offices, and you’re an HD-Bingo winner.
To Claim Your Prize
If you think you’re a winner, call 903-893-8181 by 5 p.m. Tuesday after the game week you are claiming. Be ready to win by having your game card available when you call.
Official game cards must be delivered in person by 4 p.m. Wednesday to the Herald Democrat at 603 S. Sam Rayburn Fwy., Sherman, TX after the game week you are claiming. Official HD-Bingo game cards turned in after 4 p.m. Wednesday after the game week stamped on the card, will not be accepted and prizes will not be awarded. 
Game cards that are altered, tampered with, illegible, mutilated, or which contain printing or other errors are void. 
Instant win number 
Each Official HD-Bingo game card has a unique Instant Win Number. Sunday through Friday, the Herald Democrat will publish an Instant Win number on the front page of the Classifieds section, or post the number at the Herald Democrat offices at 603 S. Sam Rayburn Fwy, in Sherman, Texas, or 331 W. Woodard St. in Denison, Texas.
 If your number on the Official HD-Bingo game card matches the official instant win number posted in the Herald Democrat or at the Herald Democrat offices, then you are a winner.
A daily cash prize of $100 for instant winners will be shared.
To Claim your Instant Win prize:
Deliver your Official HD-Bingo game card in person to the Herald Democrat, 603 S. Sam Rayburn Fwy., Sherman, TX. The game card must be received no later than 4 p.m. Wednesday after the game, for which you believe you are an Instant Winner. Game cards turned in late will not be accepted. 
Game cards that are altered, tampered with, illegible, mutilated, or which contains printing or other errors are void. 
HD-Bingo Grand Prize Drawing 
Fill out the Grand Prize entry drawing on the back of the Official HD-Bingo game card and take it to the Herald Democrat offices at 603 S. Sam Rayburn Fwy, in Sherman, Texas, or 331 W. Woodard St. in Denison, Texas, or mail it to Herald Democrat, HD-Bingo, P.O. Box 1128, Sherman, TX 75091. Deadline for entry is 5 p.m., Nov. 25, 2011. On Dec. 5, 2011, a drawing will be held to award $5,000 to our HD-Bingo Grand Prize winner. Entries not made on the Official HD-Bingo game card will be void.
To Claim the
Grand Prize:
Prize must be claimed in person by Friday, Dec. 9, 2011 at the Herald Democrat, 603 S. Sam Rayburn Fwy, Sherman, TX, or it will be forfeited.  Winner must bring proof of identity and verification of phone number listed on the entry form.

Prizes 
Weekly HD-Bingo:
Prizes total $500 for each of the 10 weeks to be shared among the winners. 
HD-Bingo Instant Win:
Prizes total $100 daily, Sunday through Friday, for each of the 10 weeks to be shared among the winners. 
HD-Bingo Grand Prize Drawing:
The Grand Prize of $5,000 will be awarded to one winner.  

Miscellaneous: 
GAME CARDS THAT ARE ALTERED, TAMPERED WITH, ILLEGIBLE, MUTILATED, OR WHICH CONTAIN PRINTING OR OTHER ERRORS, ARE VOID.
CONTEST VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
PARTICIPANTS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD.
EMPLOYEES OF THE HERALD DEMOCRAT, ITS INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTORS, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES, AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.
ALL TAXES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF WINNERS, NOT WITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY HEREIN.
IMAGES OF GAME WINNERS WILL BE USED WITHOUT COMPENSATION TO THOSE INDIVIDUALS. BY CLAIMING PRIZE, WINNER GIVES CONSENT FOR HIS /HER IMAGE TO BE USED.
AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO THE CONCLUSION OF THE 10-WEEK PERIOD, THE HERALD DEMOCRAT MAY, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, CANCEL OR ACCELERATE THIS CONTEST.

How to play HD-Bingo

The easiest way to play HD-Bingo is to subscribe to the Herald Democrat to have your officlal game pieces and official game numbers delivered right to your door. Call 903-893-8181 and ask for the HD-Bingo Special Subscription Offer. New subscribers get four months for $29. Current subscribers can sign up for EZPay and pay just $10 a month billed to your credit card, debit card or checking account. Current subscribers would save $24 per year, plus enjoy the convienence of automatic payments and home delivery.

Officlal game cards would be delivered in the Sunday Herald Democrat on Sept. 11, 18, 25; Oct. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; Nov. 6, 13. Officlal game numbers would be posted on the front page of the Classifieds section Monday -Friday.

The object of the game is to fill in a 15 number grid on the Official game card. If you do that, Call 903-893-8181 by 5 p.m. Monday after the game week you are claiming. Deliver your game card in person to the Herald Democrat, 603 S. Sam Rayburn Fwy. in Sherman, TX by 4:30 p.m. Tuesday to claim your prize. Weekly winners will share $500.

If you can't get a bingo, don't worry. There is an instant win number printed on the official game card. Instant win numbers will also be posted on the front page of the Classifieds section Monday -Friday. If the number printed in the paper matches your instant win number, call 903-893-8181 to make arrangements to claim your prize. Make sure you do this by the Tuesday after the prize week you are claiming. Winners will share a $100 prize. Deliver your game card in person to the Herald Democrat, 603 S. Sam Rayburn Fwy. in Sherman, TX by 4:30 p.m. Tuesday to claim your prize.

You can enter the $5,000 grand prize drawing by completing the entry form on the back of the officlal game card. Drop it by our offices in Sherman at 603 S. Sam Rayburn Fwy., or Denison at 331 W. Woodard St. You can also mail it to Herald Democrat, P.O. Box 1128, Sherman, TX 75091. The drawing will be held Dec. 5, 2011. Winners will be notified by email.
